Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship to AOKI

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location worldwide.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
